I entered the hospital again a week after my cesarean section due to a possible infection due to a poorly placed device. Upon entering the hospital, I was given antibiotics without first doing tests. Let me start by saying, I understand having to wait in an ER and I am not a person to complain (have only left 2 Google reviews). We have been sitting in the ER waiting after 4 hours and yet to see a doctor. My elderly mother who fell on her face is in pain and no one can tell us how much longer. No one has even offered to clean her cuts. It’s 3am and she is getting more and more sore as she sits and waits. Front desk lady was rude and had an attitude when asked how much longer. Saved my life in 2004 when I was bleeding internally and had recently lost my job and insurance..and they wrote off alot of my bill and saved me financially....Will always be indebt to the Great Staff and Doctors at Health Park..Godless you All
I gave birth here and the staff was terrible. I only had like 2-3 good nurses. The lady that came in to bring the food was always judgmental, the doctor that delivered my baby made backhanded comments while delivering my baby.. the staff during the night shift told me my baby was crying too much/too loud, as if it’s literally not the Labor & Delivery floor..??.
