9/9/2025: I'm updating this review because things got worse after I gave them a 2-star score, so I am lowering it to 1. A nice nurse, her name is April, confirmed yesterday night that the meds that my mom is supposed to receive every 2 hours had not been administered since the previous day, which explains why she is not improving. I recently had the most amazing experience at HealthPark! From start to finish, the care I got was unreal. Tonya and Geff on labor and delivery were absolute angels! so supportive, calm, and encouraging. Arielle and Cindy, the midwives were phenomenal, made me feel genuinely cared for. I could not have asked for a better team. And Coleen on postpartum was incredible. so kind, patient, and helpful with everything. Honestly, every single person there went above and beyond. My mother was taken to this hospital by ambulance with several very serious issues. Being elderly, vulnerable, and feeling terrible is bad enough, but being terribly concerned about level of care you may get kept her from going sooner. After nightmarish experience in NCH Baker downtown Naples where a family member didn’t survive the horrendous care there, concerns were real. The complete opposite can be said here. Too pricey to eat & wasn't that special...
I entered the hospital again a week after my cesarean section due to a possible infection due to a poorly placed device. Upon entering the hospital, I was given antibiotics without first doing tests. The next day a culture was done, but Dr. Richiusa determined that it was not an infection. Without having the results ready, the next day he discharged me and informed me that the tests had come out negative.
