Estuve desde la 1am con un fuerte dolor en una pierna producto de una caída, me hicieron un rayos x y 3 horas después me fui porque nadie me llamó para dar mis resultados que hacía 2 horas estaban en my chart, estaba prácticamente vacío el hospital solo 2 personas en l sala de espera que llegaron después de mi.
Friend was brought in 3pm, they did blood work and only when I arrived at 11pm were they taking urine and more blood. X-ray and a cat scan and it's 2:30am we still haven't spoken to Dr and we have been waiting since 11 to find out if she can have a water when it's been hours since last test. I am just absolutely blown away (in the best way possible) by the team who took care of me in the ER. Every single person who I had the pleasure of interacting with (outside of the staff in the waiting area) had to have been some of the most compassionate, empathetic, honest and professional medical professionals I have ever encountered. I will forever be grateful to have been treated by all of them, a simple thank you upon exit did not feel adequate enough, so I felt inclined to leave a review! Blessings to you all :)
This the worse emergency room ever they need to do something about it my friend brought her kid here to be seen she’s been sitting for more than 3 hours they take the people that come after her and have her wait.
