I called to get appointment at 12 pm and the person helped in middle of the discussion said she will put me on hold for a min and she has cut the phone. When I called again, the call goes to vice message saying the office is closed!!

Don't let his fast talking and jovial attitude fool you, he knows what he's doing. My first few visits I thought he wasn't looking carefully enough at my moles, but then when he saw one that was of concern, he immediately removed it and sent it off for testing and did an excellent job of explaining the risks and possible outcomes. He just sees so many moles a day that he can assess them very quickly and accurately.
