We purchased windows here through our builder and have had nothing but issues since we got them. When I tried to contact Lee Lumber to help me with resolving the problem, they passed the buck to the manufacturer and wouldn't even assist me with a name or discussing the problem. The sales person I was given to had no knowledge of the manufacturer..very frustrating!

From what I can tell, this person's windows were made by Pozzi, a company no longer operating under that name. I think it has been more than ten years since we have sold any Pozzi products, therefore her windows would not even be covered under warranty. It is hardly a surprise that an employee would not know that name. A referral to the buyer of Pozzi, Jeldwen, when her salesperson enquired of a long tenured coworker was the only proper response. Not helpful, quite rude, made no effort to understand what we are looking for, refused to match door stain or even consider help in this. Didn't provide samples. Technologically are in 30 years behind the curve , do calculation on old calculators, proposals written by hand, no blueprints. Would never go to them again
Business response:
Our proposals are done on computer and printed not handwritten. We only provide ******* drawings to n cabinetry, and then only after receiving a $2500 retainer. We would never recommend trying to match a stain color on a door. It is best done in the field by a qualified decorator. I would need more info from this person to find if this is, in fact, someone who ever even entered our premises. I intend to contact them myself.
