Pleasant experience. Staff was kind and friendly. My sales rep Jesalyn was the IT girl!!! Very knowledgeable, super friendly. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend!!!
They gouged the rim when putting on new tires. Did not receive the alignment report after finishing. No before reading were available for reason that service department knew why. The general manager was to contact me about replacement or rim. Have not heard anything back.They fixed wheel. Did not say they caused gouge. No charge.
Who prides itself on a Kia Seltos that supposedly uses one qt of oil every 1,000 miles? This clearly is an engine oil consumption problem that they’re not willing to fix. My sister purchased a car from this place, and I’m so glad I went down the road to the Nissan dealership. I have a very dependable Altima SR. If you settle for a Kia, the standards aren’t very high! Stand by and fix your cars and build long-term clients.
The customer service is outstanding. I have been completely satisfied with everything they have done. Cost of services have been reasonable. Will continue to take my sportage to them for all my needs
