I came here because of the ratings, thought I was in good hands. I have been struggling to make ends meet since I moved here, so upon entering the office during my first and only visit, I made it clear I only wanted services covered 100% by my insurance (Tier I services). Without exception the worst experience with a dental practitioner I’ve experienced in my entire life. Went in for a simple chipped tooth repair and after undergoing a “deep ultrasonic cleaning” now find myself in extreme pain for more than three weeks following the cleaning. I had to threaten a complaint to my insurance company to compel the dentist to do a follow up without charge. That follow up provided no relief. I like the other people would never go back to this dentist. I was there Monday 7/30 and was told that I needed a crown and root canal. I had to sign paperwork on Monday and pay in advance for the crown. I went back on Wednesday to see the root canal dentist and was told by the office staff that this work would be over $2,0000 in addition to the $901.60 that I paid on Monday. I was at a Christmas party last weekend and there were 3 people that had terrible stories about Dr Larson and what she did at their appointments and to their teeth. You have to catch her on a good day from what I've heard. I've seen both sides. Don't catch her on a bad day. I don't want my dentist like that. Not worth it. Switching dentists with my insurance for the New Year! :)

I have been a patient here since near the time this office first opened.I have never missed an appointment and have no problems with my staff and Dentist. However, even though I was 15 minutes early for my appointment tonight my appointment time was given away since I did not confirm my appointment either by phone call or online.I could see this being a good policy if I had given them a reason to believe that I would miss my appointment (and my two kids at the same time) if there was a history of missed or late appointments.... read more

Love this office! They always are so sweet and remember my name, which is something I would never think about but makes me feel special! I see both Dr. Michelle and Dr. Vuong and they are both the best dentist I have ever been to. Can't say enough good things about this office.

This is the best office in Everett and surrounding areas, I have been to several offices and this one is the BEST! Up to date, clean, office. Everyone I come in contact with has been professional and nice. The doctors are both great and gentle.

The office doesn't accept Medicaid, a shame because Medicaid usually comes through a 100 percent, for all children Dental needs The end if Obama Care
