From the staff that greets you upon arrival, all the way through to Dr. Kaplan, my experiences at UM have always been great. I make the drive all the way from Homestead because I know I'll be seen and cared for by the best. Being a former patient, i can personally attest to Dr. Kaplan's kindness and patience.
