***DO NOT BUY*** PLEASE, make sure you research before buying. Just look up Nissan CVT Transmission issues. There have been several Class Action Suits settled for almost all Nissans and Infinity due to their faulty CVT transmissions. Of the top 10 cars with transmission issues, the top 5 are Nissans. They will not help you. They fight fixing their CVT transmissions, even though it is a KNOWN DEFECT. Just look it up.
Picked up a used 2023 Tesla Model Y from the folks here. There were some post-delivery items that needed to be handled and the team made sure I was happy with the results even though it took several attempts. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to come to this location!
Wanted to charge me $250 just to diagnose why the power to my mirrors didn't work. Wanted to charge me $950 to replace my headlamp assembly (that was impacted by a recall that Bellevue Nissan did not honor when I took it in) Claimed during an oil change that my AC did not work and they wanted to charge > $1000 to replace my AC. When I got the car back the AC worked just fine, I think they had the AC switch off when they tried it.
Tera and Juan were amazing!! They got me in a brand new 2025 Nissan Altima (my first EVER brand new car!) with no hassle whatsoever! Very highly recommend them and the whole dealership as a whole! You won't be disappointed, I promise you!
