More terrible service and lies from Nissan of Kirkland. Let me just start with, my husband loves his truck. It was the finance experience that confirms for me the buying at the dealership is an obsolete way to interact for an auto purchase. After waiting 8 weeks and constantly checking in with Brent at Lee Johnson my husband is still not in receipt of the cancelled warranty he asked for immediately following the purchase of this truck. I have tried multiple times to get a quote and schedule a service using their chat interface. Each time I was told that someone will get back to me which they did not.
Came back to get a recall repaired. Guys gave me a ride back home and were super polite and nice. Folks who work here are awesome
