Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, I still wanted to leave a review for Jeffrey Belmonte at Lee Johnson Kia. He was responsive, respectful, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Never felt pressured and he took the time to work with me and answer all my questions. Definitely recommend reaching out to him if you’re shopping for a vehicle.

Recently my 2019 Leaf had some heavy battery drain when under load (up hills, high speeds). I took it on for regular service and have the battery diagnosed, turns out there were some bad cells. Because it was under 80,000 miles they did a full warranty replacement! It was super straight forward, no finagling, no having to prove the issue, just confirmed and replacement ordered. I recently took my 500hp high performance Nissan in for an oil change. Due to their ongoing remodel, they took the car offsite. When I reviewed my dashcam footage, I was shocked to see the technician attempting launch control and joyriding the car. (Too much traffic luckily)To make matters worse, they clearly had no knowledge of the vehicle — they even stated the wrong engine displacement. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect for my car. I will not be returning.
I’ve been trying to call their finance office now for two months with no callbacks. I emailed their sales manager Demeter. He never replied to me. I don’t really know what their problem is, all I’m trying to do is get my gap canceled and this has been the worst experience ever. Every day that goes by, I lose even more money on my gap coverage, but I’m trying to freaking cancel!!!
