Nelson is very unfriendly and unprofessional, he was unwilling to assist with something that would have taken him no more than 2 minutes. His excuses was “it’s heavy”, if you don’t want to deal with heavy shipments, don’t work for a trucking company, it’s that easy. This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. AVOID THIS COMPANY
