If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the most impatient dentist I have ever encountered—very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic. There are many other Chinese dentists in Richmond who provide much better care and service. Also he is always late for his appointment, keeping you waiting for at least one hour!!
Detail and Attentive work, clean and tidy environment, extra Air Filtration System for Covid prevention. Always remind patient for upcoming appointments so you would Never miss one.
I have my dental service with Dr Lee since late 90's and he serves my whole family and my in-laws with out standing service - highly recommended
Dr. Lee is passionate about dentistry and taking care of people. He goes the extra mile for his patients.
My experience here was terrible. Seems like this place doesn't know wat they are doing, at the same time rude, unprofessional, unskillful, impolite service was provided to me. Will not recommend and will never return to this place. :(
