It's great. Clean, spacious, and yeah lots of food trucks here which is a pretty good recommendation. As for the guy saying it's "dirty" it's not, although it's in an industrial area and the surrounding businesses can be scruffy looking. As for stinky, there's a landscaping place across the street and guess what they sell? Fertilizer. I think they've toned it down lately because I've not smelled that stink in about a year now.
