I have had the unfortunate experience of trying to buy a home from Lee Hoffman. I found a house for sale by Lee and had my realtor reach out to him. Lee told my realtor that the open house on Sunday was being canceled due to high traffic. I went and saw the house and put in an offer stating that he had until the next day at 8:00pm to accept or deny. Terrible realtor! If you are looking for a crooked agent, Lee is your guy! My daughter put an offer in on a house this guy had listed. The purchase agreement of over $10,000 above asking price went unanswered because he was waiting to see if he could get more. Which in all honesty would have been understandable if he would have just stated that. Writing for a friend. Harrassed him at work. Didn't tell him anything, like when showing house, that he was living in. DIDN'T TELL HIM BUYERS WANTED IMMEDIATE POSSESION. Had 5 days to move out. Did not explain documents. Just showed up at places to demand things and yell.
