Overall, I have been quite satisfied with the care and administration at JCPC. Occasionally, I've had to wait longer than expected for an appt., but not often, nor too excessively. 'Only had 1 or 2 minor billing issues which were resolved once identified. I would recommend JCPC to family and/or friends for their professional and friendly primary care.

Very dedicated physician, cares about his patients and extremely competent. Dr. Herman is very thorough and spends the necessary time needed to fully understand what is wrong. His referrals to other doctors if needed are excellent.

Excellent - I have been a patient of Dr. Herman for several years. He has always given me the time I needed to ask questions. He is very patient. He listens carefully to my medical issues and he always explains his recommendation and treatment clearly. Using the internet portal for his practice is an easy way to ask questions. He usually responds to my questions on the portal in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Herman. Ronnie

I have been a patient for Dr. Herman for over 17 years, and am personally and professionally very gratified to call him my physician and, yes, friend. He has seen me through many episodes of disease and accidents. He has provided me with resources and referred me to some of the best care I could imagine at an orthopedic surgeon, a gastrointestinal specialist, a neurologist, a nephrologist, an abdominal surgeon, and a cardiac surgeon. I love his office staff, particularly his senior assistants. N

This is our second visit to Dr. Herman, both my husband and I received exceptional care not only from Dr. Herman but also his Nurse Practitioners and support staff. He is one of the rare doctors who listens, answers questions and explains everything very thoroughly. His breadth of knowledge is quite extensive and very up to date. Looking forward to a continuing relationship with Johns Creek Primary Care.
