Good training classes, but no one monitors the one on one counselors assigned to work with you individually. I reached out to the counselor numerous times and it was like pulling teeth to get answers to questions or any type of assistance. Finally I just stopped calling her and used the website for classes and to help update my resume. My counselor was only proactive in reaching out to me 2 weeks before the program ended. I appreciate my former company offered this assistance after layoffs, but they wasted money.
