Not good. They never answer. Appointments continue to get canceled. It takes a month for a call back. The urology department needs major work. Update: I saw Yondaris absolutely horrible. Did not answer any questions. Did not do any form of physical exam.
I understand the health care system gets a little busier during season, however the office team in the urology department is arguably the least professional. I have had 2 appointments In the last 2 months and each time I have been requested to get PSA's I still have not been given an answer after more then a dozen phone calls. One worker sighed and said let me Google it for you and then just told me to go to the hospital. Let’s step the game here, have a staff meeting, get or hire someone inside the office to answer patient phone calls refills!!!! The answering service as nice and friendly as possible can not satisfy patient needs! No one, not even Jesus can reach someone, Doctor , nurse, receptionist , janitor, or someone remotely in the vicinity of his office. They keep cancelling my appointments stating the doctor isn't available and I'll have to reschedule months out. It's been 6 months and still can't get in to be seen.
