Great staff.
After waiting over a year for an appointment here, I got a missed call saying I had to reschedule. I called them back to reschedule and had a question for the lady on the phone about something I wanted to discuss during my appointment. According to my research, the thing I was asking about was something that urologists specialize in. She proceeded to tell me that no, I cannot discuss that with the urologist, and that I am "not clean and unhygienic" for having recurring UTIs.
