After waiting over a year for an appointment here, I got a missed call saying I had to reschedule. I called them back to reschedule and had a question for the lady on the phone about something I wanted to discuss during my appointment. According to my research, the thing I was asking about was something that urologists specialize in. She proceeded to tell me that no, I cannot discuss that with the urologist, and that I am "not clean and unhygienic" for having recurring UTIs. Dr. Giblin performed my inpatient procedure with the utmost of excellence. His team attended to me at the Heath Park Hospital, and we're in constant contact with me at my room. They were all very personable, professional, and always explained everything to me in great detail. I shall certainly be utilizing Dr. Giblin for all my future follow up needs . I have had nothing but great care here and the staff is excellent.
Not good. They never answer. Appointments continue to get canceled. It takes a month for a call back. The urology department needs major work. Update: I saw Yondaris absolutely horrible. Did not answer any questions. Did not do any form of physical exam.
I understand the health care system gets a little busier during season, however the office team in the urology department is arguably the least professional. I have had 2 appointments In the last 2 months and each time I have been requested to get PSA's I still have not been given an answer after more then a dozen phone calls. One worker sighed and said let me Google it for you and then just told me to go to the hospital.
