I have had a few appointments at Surfside Outpatient. Everyone I dealt with had compassion, patience and professionalism, which is rare these days (in my opinion) in healthcare. Thank you to all of you, from the smiling front desk to the techs to the doctors.
My husband was a patient...today, what an ABSOLUTE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE was DELIGHFUL!!! ALL IMPRESSIONS WERE #1...CLEAN, FAST , EFFICIENT, SO POLITE, CARING! HOW WONDERFUL FOR ANYONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM, THAT THEY ARE HANDELED WITH SUCH EFFICIENCY!!! GOD BLESS!
I went to Surfside for two procedures this morning, one was by appointment and one was a walk-in. I was early for my appointment and was seen early, in and out in record time. My walk-in was lab work and I was next in line, seen right away, in and out in record time. During my time there, I was treated kindly by friendly and efficient staff members. To top it all off, one of my test results was available in MyChart in record time. I highly recommend Lee Health Outpatient Center at Surfside.
My pregnant s/o went here today (02/15/24) for blood work and from the moment she walked in to leaving was treated with attitude and unprofessionally. When she got poked with the needle she was dug into in a very painful manner, she left with tears and a severely burning arm. Do not recommend coming here at all unless you enjoy being treated with no value.
