Great care and wonderful staff
After waiting 3 weeks for appointment and being held up by traffic I was 11 min late and the front desk girl by the name of Reese turned me away even after I called ahead of time to say I was going to be 10 min late. When I arrived she said they have a 10 min late policy that she could not accommodate me being 1 min passed that/ absolutely ridiculous and I’m 32 weeks pregnant and every appointment matters at this point now I have to wait another 2 weeks to reschedule. They need better receptionists!
This hospital could care less about women. 4 years and no solution to parking. I guess when you have zero competition you have zero reason to care
I was scheduled an appointment with this office from my doctor with Millenium Physican. It’s taken me four months of waiting for my appointment because of their schedule being so booked up which is fine, got the call today from the office please call us back, I tried calling back the number and I wait as the phone rings a few times then somebody answers the phone and proceeds to dial in a phone number into the pad on the other end and I had to yell hello multiple times to get their attention finally they realized I was there... read more
I can't say enough good things about Victoria Orem, or as she introduced herself, Victoria. She was truly amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to ensure my daughter's safety during labor and the arrival of my grandson. 17 hours in labor, and I’m so grateful that she was there to deliver my third grandson and give my daughter a wonderful first experience with childbirth.
