Came in at 7:20 AM on 1/5/26. No one was in the waiting room. It took approximately 15 minutes to be taken back to have blood draw. Plenty of staff walking around. The laboratory needs to make sure that patients are expedited back to have blood drawn. Man waiting at front desk, no one’s there. And Lee Health's response was that I had a "Positive Experience." Shameful!

Very fast service. In and out in 25 minutes.
New visit April 2025: phlebotomist was very kind and chatty, put me at ease. She seemed to love her job. At first I thought the wait was too long, but then I saw everything she had to do with the computer and I realized it is the system, not the workers. A majority of the time was the accounting on the system. It would be nice if maybe that part could be done at the end of the day so people didn't have to wait through it.
