Kindest staff all around great care
Truly an amazing experience here, the front desk young lady’s are always so welcoming and the nurses in the back are great! So strange seeing so many negative reviews about pricing even though they always explain it every time I go there. Although it’s expensive I will always come back here because of the care and staffing here!
Wish I read the reviews…just reiterating what many people have already written to hammer it home. They are an urgent care office in a strip mall that bills insurance companies as if they are a hospital. Our insurance had no choice but to charge us as if we visited a hospital. So what is normally a $40 co-pay to visit urgent care at home in NY cost us hundreds of dollars. Never again. Don’t waste your time complaining to customer service people after the fact either.
