Good service and caring staff. With an appointment, my daughter was seen swiftly for an MRI. The staff was amazing in showing her what to expect and to get through anxiety. On a second visit, we walked in a waited quite some time for X-rays, but the staff was again very kind and understanding of my daughter’s special needs.

The least professional customer service. Called me about insurance and instead of answering my questions the lady repeated the same thing over just louder and ruder. Use Lee health for all other care but will never use radiology.

My Husband had a Brain MRI scheduled, we checked in, they took him back and then cancelled the appointment. 3 days later we had another appointment and they cancelled that one at the last minute. These MRI’s were scheduled following an abnormal MRI questioning a cancer diagnosis. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member with a possible cancer diagnosis. They do NOT care about the patient or their families.

I had a mammogram and they said that they found something and needed to do a diagnostic exam. I was told that my insurance didn’t cover the second exam, so I paid in full with a credit card prior to the exam. They then have turned me over to a collection agency saying I’ve never paid them. I have a credit card statement to prove I’ve paid and have sent them a copy of it. They continue to harass me everyday via calls and text messages. I've gone for mammogram, bone density. Never crowded, staff very helpful and friendly. Very convenient location, easy to get to. Blood lab is right there too, and urology and other services.
