My Husband had a Brain MRI scheduled, we checked in, they took him back and then cancelled the appointment. 3 days later we had another appointment and they cancelled that one at the last minute. These MRI’s were scheduled following an abnormal MRI questioning a cancer diagnosis. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member with a possible cancer diagnosis. They do NOT care about the patient or their families.

I had a mammogram and they said that they found something and needed to do a diagnostic exam. I was told that my insurance didn’t cover the second exam, so I paid in full with a credit card prior to the exam. They then have turned me over to a collection agency saying I’ve never paid them. I have a credit card statement to prove I’ve paid and have sent them a copy of it. They continue to harass me everyday via calls and text messages. I've gone for mammogram, bone density. Never crowded, staff very helpful and friendly. Very convenient location, easy to get to. Blood lab is right there too, and urology and other services.

I could not walk, I was in the worst pain I've ever had. I called 911 to get me to the hospital, they put me in a bed and layed in the hallway close to 5 hours in pain, nobody even came up to me to ask if I needed anything. When I finally got a room they sent me to get a catscan instead of a MRI. I knew I had no broken bones and told them it was a pinched nerve in my lower back.
