Surfside Radiology is the only place I’ll go to for any of my radiology test, For the years I’ve lived in Lee County I only have Michelle do all my ultrasounds. Also one time I had to do a test for upper organs, I have extremely bad medication anxiety I had to drink some liquid while they do this x-ray, They staff was understanding they were able to get a doctor of radiology to come in and do it, they said he alway gets it immediately and he did, I wish i remembered his name but that was about 8 years ago. The place is a rip off they charged over $1000 to xray my toe. My podiatrist only charged me $46
I would not recommend this place to anyone! They charged my insurance $3,600 for 3 x-rays on my wrists, which they coded as “hospital services” Their website advertises this location being part of Lee Health; as a result, imaging services cost less! Paying $900 ( my portion after the insurance paid the rest) is NOT a service that costs less!
If I could give a zero , I would! This place charged over 8000 for an abdomen CT without contrast. I had no idea it would be so expensive. Insurance paid over 6000 leaving me with 1600. Balance due. Had they told me it was over 8000. I would have gone elsewhere. Do not go here
