This place is a joke! Had 11am appt arrived at 1040-1045am. I was told Dr running 1hr behind still I agreed to stay. At 12:15 still the ONLY person sitting in waiting room. Many others to see the same Dr arrived after me has been called. Mind you I was the only one there at 1040. Checked in with the desk only to be told I have not been called yet they will put in a message to the med assistant. Talking about the waste of a day. Wish I could give it a negative star. Never again Dr Murphy!
I’m so sad to read all these good reviews and wonder why we had the worst experience ever. They literally did nothing for us. My husband had liver failure. We were established with United Digestive Health but changed to Lee Health Gastro following a hospitalization and referral. This practice let my husband down in every way. In my view, Dr. Randall Jacobs is an outstanding doctor - he's kind, skilled, takes an interest in his patients as individuals, listens and communicates well and is just a great guy. He helped me resolve a gut issue I had for years in a matter of months. Thanks Dr. Jacobs!

This was the first time in a while I've genuinely enjoyed a specialist visit, and at the GI, no less. Modern treatment modalities, friendly staff, no flakes with my portal account. If you don't *have* to have an MD/DO, go for the PA sweet spot. Velasquez is your guy. Patient, helpful, explanatory, thorough. Can't miss.
