I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the team at Lee Healthcare. Melissa, their Director of Marketing, and Heidi and Alicia their case managers, have always been welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. These people rarely do things when they say they will. The brand new CPAP machine quit working in November. We delivered to Lee in Hamilton on Nov 16, 2023. We called them on the 21st Dec and finally on 1/17 were able to pick it up. When we got home it still did not wok and was doing the same thing. Took back to Hamilton on 2/1. Called on 2/22 and it had not been mailed out for repair. Confirmed on 3/4 it was mail on 2/23 and they would call Resmed and call us this afternoon, 3/4. They are always very helpful. If the product you want isn't available they will order it, call you when it comes in. I like it a lot.
