The doctor scheduled a test. I asked her to repeat the name of it. She curtly said “check MYChart”. I said I am visually impaired. It’s difficult.for me. She repeated check MYChart. She scheduled the test for less than a week away. It took me 3 hours to get onto the MYChart to get the name of the test. Looking at the risks and potential need for anticoagulant medications, and the rude, uncaring woman who somehow earned a MD, I decided to avoid all further contact with this incompetent person.
