Very professional staff that help make you feel comfortable
Took my child in for a contusion he got from playing and the pediatric doctor today diagnosed him with a viral infection even though he showed signs of pain and the area was sensitive to touch. He asked if he had a bm when told yes said nothing was wrong it was just a VI . The nurse didn't even know how to answer my question about contusion etc. Just that he should be given motrin and he would be fine. Health Park usually delivers A+ service but Dr Warren you failed Lee Memorial today!
So impressed with the nursing staff.. Especially Nurse Colleen that cared for my husband through his cardiac procedures.. So caring, fun, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Have been here 24 hours and everything went so smoothly! Good to know this place is so close by if another medical emergency should occur.. Thank you!!!
