After spending many hours in session with Dr. Gruber, I concluded that she does not have competence in the treatment of Complex Trauma/Dissociative Identity Disorder. I have had this diagnosis for 20 years, and I went to her for medication supervision. This doctor did not progress in understanding me. She told me I have ''sadistic transference" toward all doctors, a misinterpretation of the anxiety I feel toward doctors' failure to help me as a terribly abused child.
