We have been with them for at least 10 years, but we are finally moving on. The front office is so rude and they are getting worse and worse. I feel like I am not rich enough or fancy enough for them. They act like I’m trying to steal money or get away with not paying or something. I was always surprised that someone as warm as Dr Lee could have front office staff as rude as they are, but he can’t be oblivious to it and I think they just play good cop bad cop. Dc, Lee was very professional and we are very happy with the results for an emergency treatment he provided our daughter. The office is very clean, but we did not find the front office staff to be particularly friendly or accommodating.
All my children are cared for by Dr Lee and his kind and patient staff. They've all got excellent bedside manner, and are able to not only handle normal but challenging kids behavior (my toddler tries to talk through her visit,) but also address and deal with fears with kindness (my daughter hates needles, and they took the time to use a numbing cream and wait for it to kick in before starting a procedure.) Fantastic Dentist! ! I recently brought my kids in for a cleaning and had a wonderful first experience. Dr. Lee and his hygienist Michelle were so great with my kids and really spent the time making sure they were comfortable and all questions were answered. I've been to a few pediatric offices in the area with my children before and this is by far the best office Ive seen. I did not have to wait and the atmosphere is warm, fun, and relaxing. Would highly recommend this office!
Excellent dentist for kids.I took my little girl to Dr Lee few days ago and she loved him.Well educated and well mannered.Rare cmbination nowadays.
