Extremely disappointed in their service department and since I can’t get anyone on the phone there, have decided to post on social media. I have tried, without success to make a service appointment for my Equinox (which I bought from LeeGMC) I have called three times (different days) since last Thursday. I get the receptionist, but then, the phone rings and rings without an answer, receptionist puts call through again, still nothing but ringing. We bought a new GMC 2020 Yukon Denali SUV from Lee’s GMC. It was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. Don Leclair our sales man make us feel comfortable, welcome and like he really want to help and not just sell a vehicle. Jake the financial processor was extremely helpful and worked with us to make the process easy, quick and understandable. We Would recommend Lee GMC to everyone. Bought a 2015 gmc Denali duramax yesterday and was blown away by how good these guys are. Even through all of the covid-19 stuff. We did everything over the phone and signed papers in my other truck as the salesmen pulled his beside me. Took a little longer but it was so worth it. Highly recommend and I don’t think I’d buy from any other dealership!
