As a first time home buyer, when we started our home buying journey I knew I wanted a realtor who would be patient and open to our questions. With Lee, we got that and so much more. Lee lacks attention to detail and is very sloppy with paperwork. He made MANY mistakes in my house buying journey. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that an important item on the disclosure form had been changed without being initialed or explained. Lee claims it was an honest mistake but he made so many "mistakes" it is hard to call them a mistake. It is careless, sloppy work that ended up costing me an enormous amount of money.
