Lee lacks attention to detail and is very sloppy with paperwork. He made MANY mistakes in my house buying journey. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that an important item on the disclosure form had been changed without being initialed or explained. Lee claims it was an honest mistake but he made so many "mistakes" it is hard to call them a mistake. It is careless, sloppy work that ended up costing me an enormous amount of money. Lee is the best realtor in the SF Bay Area. We met Lee during the pandemic and in two months we were able to find our home, lock in an offer, and get the keys to our house! Lee is absolutely fantastic and makes us feel super safe. Our purchase took only 16% of the time that it took our friends. Kudos to our realtor for that success!
