I came in to check out a specific vehicle and was ready to potentially buy. They valued my trade and checked my credit. After that, the salesperson comes in a said the car is already sold. Pitched a lower model that wasn’t nearly as nice. He said he be in touch but never reached back out. I emailed later a few times to see what they had valued my trade-in with no reply. The rest of the staff was nice but not impressed.
Very efficient and customer friendly.
