I just called this place because I was looking for a new dentist in town & so I asked lots of questions & all she said was ummmmm no , ummm we don’t do this …… um we don’t take medicaid . I didn’t say I had that kind of insurance . So rude !!!!!!! I also asked her other questions . She sounded a bit off and tired . Like sighing & etc……… I normally don’t sound like a Karen but come on people !!!! Be a little bit more professional!!!
Just completed my second Visit to the office and could not be more pleased. Dr. Lee and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, competent and accommodating. I have never felt rushed, they take their time explaining what they are doing, techniques to improve oral health etc.. Ann Hendricks is an amazing dental hygienist.... she is the reason we landed with Dr. Lee, we followed her from our last practice!
Bi-annual check up. Very friendly staff, easy to make appointments. Would highly recommend!
Dr. Lee and his staff are terrific! You can tell they’re very passionate about doing their job and enjoy working with each other.
Went here after a different dentist both shattered my tooth and failed to completely numb me, causing an already traumatizing situation to make me absolutely fearful. The team here listened to my concerns and with great clarity explained my options to the best of my comfort. When the day came to get my damaged tooth completely extracted, it was done so with no pain and no discomfort at all on my part!! Thank you, everyone, for being so patient and understanding with a heavily-anxiety ridden adult.
