My contacts took over 2 weeks to come in. The temporary contacts they gave were not the exact prescription so they gave me a headache. Will not be returning due to the long wait time for contacts.
Dr. Lee is awesome. I’ve been seeing him for years and appreciate his professionalism and his connection to his patients. Staff is very helpful and professional. Great experience!
My new sunglasses are great, came in on time.
There are so many problems. Too young of a staff most of which don’t know what they are doing. Then my husbands appointment was around closing time and they were in a rush to get out of there. When our glasses came in, both my husband and my glasses were not correct. They don’t even have us try them on to see if they needed adjusted.
Great Customer Service!! Efficient, helpful and positive atmosphere!
