I rate Lee Eye Care Center in East Liverpool a no star service. I had been a patient for two years.No longer one.I strongly advise not using this service. They gave me a price for an exam on the phone then when I rush to my appointment wait 25 minutes with no other patients in the office they inform me the exam will cost an additional 85 dollars.
