If I could, I wouldn’t give them a single star. The staff specifically the woman who claims to be the manager, are rude offensive and arrogant; they make you wait for ages and won’t take responsibility for any damage – they just say it’s not their fault but the laboratory’s. If you complain, they get aggressive and tell you never to come back, saying they hope that anyone who complains won’t return, which leads me to believe there are plenty of us dissatisfied customers.
