VET CLINIC A JOKE! Vet should be SHUT DOWN Thankfully my cat was not deathly ill or it wouldn;t have had a CHANCE of getting help @ BERNARDA....They NEVER returned my phone calls. REALLY ! Had wrong file entirely when examinng my cat. I had to tell them they were looking at the wrong file. Was overcharged by DOUBLE for the medication. Bernerda refused to make it right. Rescue help Benarda is always ready and willing to help rescue groups in Tucson. They have helped many of our dachshund rescues that would have been put to sleep because we could never have afforded to repair their problems at most vet clinics. We had a wonderful senior that had a mummified puppy in her abdomen. Dr. D saved her life by spaying and removing this pup giving her several more years of loving and being loved.
They care The staff and veterinarians are very nice and knowledgeable and are eager and very happy to help you. I was very impressed by the services I received. I was very happy with the high quality work and the affordability of the services received.The building was clean and well-equipped.
