At Albany Medical Center, Dr. Edward Lee MD ignored records for recent colorectal surgery performed out of state, setting them aside unread at intake. Was referred to Dr. Chismark by my primary. Saw Dr. Lee in July because Dr. Chismark had a wait list. My appointments with him felt very rushed. His bed side manner could be better but he was competent. Every appointment required a copay with my insurance and my appointments were less than 3 minutes with the doctor each visit. Again, he’s competent as a doctor and was able to quickly diagnose my issues in my initial appointment, but he rushed me out of the door with a treatment that wasn’t covered by insurance. I tried calling for 5 days just to cancel an appointment. I sat on my phone 2 hours a day. This is terrible customer service
