This doctor has been a total and complete nightmare. Please please please, for the love of god STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. She billed my sister’s insurance and charged her for ADOLESCENT invisiline. SHE MAXXED out not only her yearly dental benefits but lifetime orthodontic benefits. My sister is in extreme distress about owing close to $5,000 for services she NEVER received. Dr. Lee is committing insurance fraud and doing bad dental work. Has anyone been able to successfully go after Dr. Lee for insurance fraud?
All my experiences here have been great! The care, attention, and detail is very impressive. The staff is always friendly, professional, and makes me feel at ease. Overpriced, coercive, & incompetent dentist! She pushed me to pay an exorbitant $4,600 for 2 fillings & a crown. On July 2, 2025 my "permanent" crown was set in my mouth by Dr. Angela Lee at her Manhattan office. On July 12, 2025 the crown fell out while I was eating bran flakes for breakfast. Her website advertises "Same Day Emergency Service"--but doesn't mention that the "Same Day" excludes Saturday after 1, all day Sunday, and every other day outside her office's open hours. Very Hospitable, Transparent, Mrs.Lee and staff were very professional, considerate and patient with all of my concerns. Facility was very clean. I was given very clear and precise instructions on how to maintain effective hygentic practices to prevent future issues. Mr. Philippe gave an unforgettable lesson into why teeth health is important. Front desk lady was very warm and welcoming and the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth was top notch. Highly recommend
