Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

The waiting time was a little longer than I expect from a doctors office, but once I was taken care of, I felt like I was being given undivided attention, so I understood that the delay might be why the time frame was longer. He gives individual service to his patients and some may need more time than others.

Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

No, I didn't notice an odor Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her
