Don’t live here, their business is taking advantage of college students. Worst place I lived in. Building is dirty, they will try to charge you extra fees for no reason and no explanation. You wont see your deposit.
Management will nickel and dime you where they can, except the nickels and dimes are a few hundred dollars here and there. They compound fees on fees and do other shady practices like bait and switch. That being said, apartments are worth their price and maintenance calls are responded to fairly promptly. Maybe you can find an equal value apartment with decent landlords somewhere else in town?
Just do not wast your time with them. They do not know what "respect" is at all. Go for a better one.
This is a terrible apartment with an even worse company running it. They are crooks, and I wish I had never signed a lease here. Don't make my mistake, save yourself the cost and frustration by finding a better apartment. Manhattan has too many places to live, and this place does not deserve your money!
