I purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 on the used market in February. It had three open recalls, so I utilized Lee's online system to schedule for 3/24/26 to get these fixed. This is my first repair with this dealer and I am unlikely to return. I added two additional services: fuel filter and rear diff fluid change. I received estimates of $169.99 and $199.99. Had an emergency repair while out of town. Got us right in and didn’t cost an arm and a leg!
Not good. The service people were very nice and helpful. However a very expensive repair that tied up my car for 3 weeks in July failed and has to be done again.
Great Service after having my Jeep transported for repair. Mopar pricing for plastic rivets to replace trim was very high (over $100 for 8 plastic rivets 🤷♂️)
