They will take your application fees for a place that’s available then a week later tell you it isn’t available with no refund
Updated review: it does not matter how well you personally clean your apartment or home with Royal Palm you MUST hire a professional cleaner and submit receipts or you will be charged an exorbitant fee for them to (maybe) hire a cleaner after the fact. Better yet might as well save yourself the time and not clean at all so the cleaners they hire have something to do to earn what you’re charged.
