Very good service, the lady who helped me was very kind and there was no waiting.
The lady that was on the phone with me was rude and unprofessional. I had all my information and she kept insisting that I wasn’t in the system but then she finally found it, I was patient with her the whole time while she was yelling talking to others in the room about non work related things with me on the phone. She was not focused at all. Have some work and phone etiquette please. I hope I never get her again. But it really doesn’t matter, going in person is not much better.
