I’m the weekend supervisor at a local nursing facility and I wanted to leave a positive review for this EMS team that came today to retrieve a patient with a head injury. The team was polite, professional, efficient, and more importantly- KIND. I’ve been doing this for 6 years in PCUs, SNFs, the military, etc- and I HATE when you have to call EMS for a SNF patient and experience a rude EMS team. This team was amazing. I really recommend them. I hope they come for all of our calls from now on. 12/10, highly recommend.
