DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY Stayed in a townhouse with my family on knightsmanor ct and there was mice all throughout the property constantly, townhouses are not up to code and need work done immediately they only care abt getting your money.
The first day I found a place with them I spoke with someone who told me when I asked about the credit requirements that there’s no set credit score so I paid the application fee and get a call back the same day before they closed to tell me I did not qualify and that I may want to reach out to Equifax and couldn’t tell me why I didn’t qualify.
