A year ago Clayton Lee installed a new water heater for us and recommended that every year we have it drained to keep it lasting longer. Our year is up and contacted them and the price given was $114.00, Nothing else mentioned! They got here and in about 40 minutes was finished and presented me with a $168.50 bill! There was a $15.00 trip charge in that, but I understand trip charges. But what about the other $40.00??? They will not make any changes!
