I will NEVER go anywhere else. It was the best experience purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had. So nice and make you feel so welcome, not like we are just more money in their pocket like other dealerships. John Charles is the best and I will recommend him and the rest of the staff for forever. They even went above and beyond when i had a wreck this past week and the thoughtfulness and care they put into their work is phenomenal!
I took my 2000 Ford F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation Friday afternoon. Everything went well and I was out within an hour. I asked about a brake job for the front end and I scheduled an eleven o'clock appointment hoping that I would only need my rotors turned. Upon inspection of my brake pads I was told they needed to be replaced. So I had my rotors turned and new pads installed, again was out in about one hour. Worst customer experience ever. Went there with pre approval for a truck ready to buy and they wouldn't come down at all on this truck. I even took the truck over night and was ready to buy. But only for them to sell it to someone else cheaper than what I was asking. I work at a dealer and risk loosing my job bc I wanted this truck.
