To say that Lee Barr is not good at his job would be an understatement. He did not communicate effectively with the buyer anything the seller said, unless it was negative. Because he thought there was only a single woman involved, he sent demeaning emails to our realtor, telling us he could take her earnest money and saying she was “overly emotional”. Lee Barr is either incompetent or deceitful, or both. Don’t use him.

We left a voice mail regarding a property snd to discuss a search for a home. We never heard back. Moved into another realtor who has been able to assist us with our purchase.

I am a first time seller and Lee Barr was my agent. He was very thorough in explaining the process and always answered my questions promptly. I was out of state during some of the sale listing and always felt I was kept up to date as to the progress of the showings, the multiple offers and he guided me to the final decision on what offer to accept. I highly recommend him as a realtor.

It was a quick tenure working with Lee and the The One Team, but that was exactly what we wanted when selling our house. Working with my realtor Lee and the rest of the team was great. Everyone always stayed in contact and keeping us up to date on all the activity of our home. Ask for Lee, he was always available whenever I texted or called. Thank you Lee and The One Team for the painless, simple (for us) sale of our house, keep up the no BS straightforward great work. Highly recommend.
