I wasn’t in a rush, but Lee was going on vacation and didn’t want to leave me waiting for 2 weeks to get the appraisal. He was able to get me the certificate within a couple hours and I was very thankful. Great service and very accommodating! Thank you!
RecommendedThomas Dailing spent a good 45 minutes indulging my fascinated 7 year old, answering questions and teaching him all about the various gems and jewelry he was interested in. They were buddies by the time we left. AND — we hadn’t even come in to make a purchase, just so my little guy could check it out because he just loves rocks, gems, goldsmithing, etc. Such a great visit!
