They are so honest and so friendly. They let you take your time to browse. So helpful and the medical braclet they did for me is amazing. It is delicate and they put my birth stone on it to make it look classy. Amazing place prices are very resemble.
I stopped to have a pair of earrings appraised that I purchased while in Mexico. I wasn’t in a rush, but Lee was going on vacation and didn’t want to leave me waiting for 2 weeks to get the appraisal. He was able to get me the certificate within a couple hours and I was very thankful. Great service and very accommodating! Thank you!
Thomas Dailing spent a good 45 minutes indulging my fascinated 7 year old, answering questions and teaching him all about the various gems and jewelry he was interested in. They were buddies by the time we left. AND — we hadn’t even come in to make a purchase, just so my little guy could check it out because he just loves rocks, gems, goldsmithing, etc. Such a great visit!
When you go to Lee Ayers, you are not shopping at a chain store. Each piece and diamonds are hand selected by Lee. Best staff and great repairs when needed.
