Brian was very helpful and good at guiding us to finding our dream car, was very understanding and patient through each walkthrough, answered any questions or concerns with politeness and was very direct, we are very thankful and happy to have been able to leave with our new car and very delighted with the fast process, thank you Brian .
Went to replace my back up camera holder. Which was very obvious what it needed. They told me it had to be diagnosed for $100 which I said I already diagnosed that it needs a camera assemble can I get the part ordered at least they said not without. So I trusted that there is no way piece of plastic could be that much more. They said $759 to replace it. Found the part for $200 online and I was robbed $ 128 from CDJR scammed but learned my lesson.
I got a really nice car at a great price. Our sales rep was Brian and he was extremely patient and helpful.
