Beware, after several emails with the "direct sales manager"(sounds important) I was quoted a price for a jeep, I took time off from work to drive there, 1 hour from where I lived. When I got there they pretty much laughed at me for thinking I would be able to purchase the jeep for the price quoted..... it was 7,000 more than the price the "manager" sent me via email, because in the salesman's words..... they sit in an office and really don't know what's going on. We took our truck in for the oil change and couple weeks later its leaking oil. My husband could tighten the filter with his fingertips. 2 years ago my mother in law went for an oil change and 3 miles down the road motor seized. They never put oil back in it. AND was a hassle to get a new motor. Unfortunately we have the extended warrantee so we HAVE to go back.... guess I will need a course in mechanics....
