Bad Business? This property management company has overseen our leased property for several years. The property manager never takes or returns calls. Instead she forwards the to her bookkeeper. We have several problems to this day that have never been dealt with. When requesting to deal with the owner directly, we were told no. Finally through a real estate friend we were able to locate the owner and are dealing directly with him. Not friendly and poor customer service!
